End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and OrbitNest Inc. ("Company") for the LoopWise mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device that you own or control.

LoopWise offers auto-renewable subscription services with the following terms:

• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 per month, automatically renewed every month
• Annual Subscription: $59.99 per year, automatically renewed every year
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Premium subscription includes:

• Unlimited subscription tracking
• AI-powered spending insights and recommendations
• Advanced analytics and detailed reports
• Duplicate service detection
• Custom categories and tags
• Data export functionality (CSV and PDF)
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new features

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes Account settings. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store according to Apple's refund policy. Company does not provide refunds for any purchases made through the Application.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots with the Application

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Application, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
