By downloading, installing, or using the LoopWise mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OrbitNest Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of LoopWise.

LoopWise is a subscription management application that helps users:

• Track and organize their recurring subscriptions and payments
• Receive notifications about upcoming payments and renewals
• Analyze spending patterns and trends with detailed reports
• Get AI-powered insights and recommendations (Premium feature)
• Manage multiple currencies and billing cycles
• Detect duplicate or similar services
• Export data for personal record-keeping

The App is provided on a freemium model with basic features available for free and advanced features available through a premium subscription.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Use a valid email address that you have access to

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

LoopWise offers an optional Gmail integration that scans your inbox to automatically detect subscription receipts and billing notifications. By connecting your Gmail account, you grant LoopWise limited OAuth access as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used solely to power the subscription-detection feature and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

You may revoke Gmail access at any time from within the app. Disconnecting your Gmail account will immediately revoke our OAuth token and remove all stored Gmail connection data from our servers.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unauthorised or unsolicited advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
